17th Annual “Frisco Festival” Spring Art & Music Festival to be held March 7th & 8th 2020

 

GARYVILLE, LA – San Francisco Plantation celebrates its 18th Annual “Frisco Fest” Spring Garden & Craft Festival on March 7 & 8, 2020. Frisco Fest features over 100 artists and crafters throughout the grounds, delicious Cajun and Creole cuisine, live Zydeco music from Geno Delafose, master gardener clinics, and plenty of kids’ activities including pony rides, and petting zoo.

 

Saturday -Tour De’ San Francisco, the annual 25 and 50 mile bike tour along scenic River Road, participants receive for Bike tour and Run, a dri-fit T-shirt, Beer,  freshly made Jambalaya, seating under the tents for dining and admission to grounds. Also we have the “Cruisin’ The Plantation” Top 25 car show.

 

Sunday they feature Mimosa’s in the morning, a 5k Run and a 1-Mile Fun Run. 5k & 1 Mile Fun Run, amenities are a dri-fit T-shirt, Bottled Water, Draft Beer, Fruit trays and  freshly made Jambalaya, seating under the tents for dining and admission to craft show& admission in the afternoon for Zydeco star  Geno Delafose and the French Rockin’ Boogie will get you dancing in the Sugar Mill Pavilion

The event takes place at the grounds of San Francisco Plantation, and tours of the historic house are available throughout the weekend. Don’t miss it! Gates are open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
