Office Manager

Louisiana’s River Parishes Tourist Commission is seeking a full-time Office Manager to oversee daily administrative and operational workflows, ensuring an organized and efficient workplace. Key responsibilities include financial recordkeeping in QuickBooks, budget tracking, high-level clerical management, and executive support. The Office Manager serves as the primary point of contact for office operations and reports directly to the Executive Director.

Position Details

Salary: $45,000–$50,000 per year
Position Type: Full-time (40 hours/week)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m., and half-day Fridays. Occasional evening attendance is required for monthly board meetings or weekend events.
Location: 330 Belle Terre Boulevard, LaPlace, LA 70068

Qualifications

An associate degree is required; a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Candidates should have 3–5 years of demonstrated experience in office management, administrative operations, payroll, travel administration, assisting with annual audits and/or bookkeeping. Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
