52nd Annual Fall Festival

The River Road Historical Society doing business as Destrehan Plantation welcomes you to its 52nd Annual Fall Festival Fundraiser held on the grounds of Destrehan Plantation located at 13034 River Road in Destrehan, Louisiana.
Enjoy over 180 arts & crafts booths with our talented vendors showcasing and selling their handcrafted items such as fine art, seasonal décor, pottery, desserts, seasonings, wood crafts, jewelry, clothing, toys, candles and home-grown plants.
Our Mule Barn promises to captivate the antique collector with distinctive pieces and collectables from antique dealers located throughout Louisiana.
Children can enjoy pony rides, face painting, fall themed arts & crafts, and bungee jumping.
Our food court pavilion offers a variety of home-style southern food, beverages, and alcoholic drinks such as beer, wine, and our crowd favorite – Plantation Punch.
Sit and relax in our picnic area and enjoy live music performances both Saturday and Sunday.

Special Dance Performance by the Southern Charm Dance Team – Saturday, November 9, 2024 from 12:00 noon to 12:30 pm.
Special Appearance by the Ford Model A Club – November 10, 2024 from 9am to 2 pm
There is plenty of free parking on our property, at Bridge Park and on the levee. Uber and Lyft are available to & from the festival.
Admission for a full day is $10 per adult and teen, $5 per child 6 to 12 years of age, and free for children 5 and under.
Guided Tours of our historical home are $15.00 per person and free for children 12 and under.
Tours are offered every 30 minutes with the first tour of the day beginning at 9:30 am and the last tour of the day beginning at 4:00 pm.
